These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Pegalytics ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Pegalytics platform, including the website at pegalytics.com and the application at app.pegalytics.com.
By registering for an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Pegalytics is a fleet monitoring platform for website owners. The service provides:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
To use Pegalytics you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Pegalytics offers a permanent Free plan as well as paid subscription plans (Growth at $19/month and Fleet Pro at $49/month). The Free plan requires no payment information. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by applicable law. We will never charge your payment method without your explicit consent.
You agree to use Pegalytics only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
All content, design, code, branding, and features of the Pegalytics platform are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the service.
Your data — the websites you add, your articles, tasks, and content — remains yours. We claim no ownership over data you create within the platform. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Pegalytics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pegalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to other users. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
