Pegalytics automatically pings every website in your fleet at regular intervals. If a site fails two consecutive checks, you're immediately alerted. False positives are suppressed by the retry logic — you only get alerted when something is actually wrong.

Yes. Pegalytics includes a drag-and-drop Kanban board for managing article ideas from concept to published across all your sites. You can also save reusable AI prompts in the Prompt Vault, manage tasks with the Task List, and use Kanban AI to generate optimized title ideas and meta descriptions directly from the dashboard. Content Studio and Prompt Vault are available on paid plans.

Pegalytics pulls 28-day data from Google Search Console for every connected site — including total clicks, impressions, average CTR, and average position. It also surfaces High-Leverage Opportunities: queries where you're ranking on pages 1–2 with weak CTR, so you know exactly which titles to optimize for maximum traffic gain.

Discord integration is on our roadmap. Currently, alerts are delivered via email. We'll notify users when Discord webhook support is available.

It includes up to 10 websites, uptime monitoring, SEO dashboard, Google Analytics, AdSense tracking, Kanban board, and Task List. Paid plans (Growth at $19/mo and Fleet Pro at $49/mo) unlock Content Studio, Prompt Vault, Kanban AI, and higher limits.

The Free plan is permanent — it will always exist with no time limit. If you need more websites, AI-powered content tools, or higher limits, paid plans start at $19/mo. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Settings page.

No credit card is required for the Free plan — just sign up with your email and password. If you upgrade to Growth or Fleet Pro, payment is handled securely through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings.

Yes. Your data is stored in an enterprise-grade PostgreSQL database (Supabase) protected by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies — meaning it's cryptographically isolated and physically impossible for other users to access. All connections use TLS/HTTPS encryption, passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text, and all API endpoints are rate-limited. We never sell your data.

Your Google OAuth tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser or other users. They are used exclusively to fetch your own Analytics, Search Console, and AdSense data on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings or from within Pegalytics.

Pegalytics connects to three Google services via a single OAuth login: Google Search Console (28-day SEO data), Google Analytics 4 (live traffic and sessions), and Google AdSense (30-day revenue data). You only need to authenticate once and all three populate automatically.

No. Pegalytics works with any website on any platform — WordPress, custom HTML, Webflow, Ghost, Squarespace, or anything else. The only requirement is that the site is reachable via a public URL. Google integration requires the domain to be verified in Search Console and/or Analytics.

Currently Pegalytics sends alerts via email for uptime events, SSL expiry warnings, and domain expiry warnings. Discord webhook support is planned for a future update.
